SERVICE AGREEMENT 1- Parties Website: www.transferinturkey.com Agency - Company: Al Rawda (Registered No: 9679)Turizm ltd. şti.

The website providing services based on online reservations and the company shall be referred to as the "Service Provider". The individual mentioned by name-surname in the online reservation, along with any other passengers represented within the same reservation, shall be referred to as the "Customer".

2- Subject This agreement is made between the "Service Provider" and the "Customer". The service provided by the "Service Provider" is obtained through reservation, and the details of the service are explained in detail on the relevant pages of the website.

3- Term of the Agreement This agreement shall terminate upon the completion of the transfer service at the date and time specified by the "Customer" in the reservation, starting from the moment the reservation is confirmed by the "Service Provider".

4- Payment and Invoice Information If cash payment option is selected during the reservation, the "Customer" is obligated to pay the service fee at the time of service. If an invoice is requested, it will be delivered upon the indication in the Notes section of the reservation form.

5- Cancellation, Amendment, and Refund Procedure If the "Customer" wishes to cancel the service with more than 24 hours before the commencement of the service, the full amount of the service fee paid will be refunded. If the "Customer" wishes to cancel the service 12-24 hours before the commencement of the service, 75% of the service fee will be refunded. If the "Customer" wishes to cancel the service 1-12 hours before the commencement of the service, 50% of the service fee will be refunded. No refund will be made if the "Customer" cancels the service within 1 hour before the commencement of the service or fails to use the service. However, a 50% discount for one-way transfer will be applied for the next transfer request. (For the discount to be applied, the "Customer" must provide information regarding the cancellation of the previous reservation in the Notes section of the new transfer order.)

6- General Provisions In case circumstances arise that prevent the provision of the service (such as traffic accidents, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdowns, adverse weather conditions, security measures, etc.), the Service Provider will attempt to arrange an alternative vehicle and inform the "Customer" of the situation. If a vehicle cannot be provided, the full amount of the service fee will be refunded, and a 50% discount will be applied to the one-way price of the next transfer order. All passengers using the transfer service are insured, and in the event of an accident or injury, medical expenses are covered within the limits provided by the insurance policy.

7- Effectiveness This agreement consists of 7 main articles and, if necessary, will be drawn up in 2 copies and signed by the parties. In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the provisions of the Law No. 4925 on Road Transport shall apply. The ...... Court and execution offices are authorized regarding disputes arising from this agreement. I declare that I have read and accepted the Service Agreement and "Terms and Conditions" pages issued in the name of the "Customer" and the responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided in the reservation form, and I acknowledge that this declaration remains valid even if the reservation process has been carried out and/or accepted by another person on my behalf. I declare that I have read, understood, and accepted the provisions of Law No. 4925 on Road Transport and the information on the Carrier's website.
